Father’s Day at the beach

To celebrate Father’s day this year we took a trip across and down to Lowestoft which has just recently gained itself a new food spot, the East Coast Point Pavilion so naturally we made a beeline straight for this. Poppy isn’t really a fan of sitting still at the moment so we didn’t stay long but the food was excellent, the filter coffee on offer not so much but there was a promise that a coffee machine was on its way. We spent most of the day on the beach and I took a few photos on the X100F. My camera lives on F8 but I fancied a bit of a change so made use of the build in ND filter and took some at F2 instead.

They never stop eating these two! Lor feasting on pizza, Poppy..a rock.

Yeah dad can you not see I'm busy looking for more rocks to consume??

Unbelievable where another year has gone, I want to do a post about fatherhood at some point but there’s way too much to unpack. For now we’re trying to navigate some challenging bedtimes and the rollercoaster of emotions that come with being a parent. I’m also taking an overdue break from instagram, maybe I’ll do a post about that too but I’m definitely going to be putting more focus into this blog than posting on IG, even if I’m just talking into the void.

Until next time,

Larry
